Q: What material are the 3d printed products made of?
A: Each 3d Printed item will state what material it is made from (PLA, PETG, ABS are the common ones). A little warning with the 3d Items, PLA and PETG should be kept out of high temperatures and out of direct sunlight in the warmer weather for extended periods of time due to the nature of the plastics.
Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A: Once you have the item if there are any defects at all we will happily replace the item. There are no returns/exchanges/refunds on custom items unless there is a defect. we will work closely with you on any/all custom items to make sure it is exactly what you are hoping for.
Q: How do I customize (Insert Product Here)
A: Send us an email and we will go into detail depending on the product. You Purchase the product (Example: Business Cards) and a member will reach out to customize your product.
Q: What are your shipping times?
A: For custom products, depending on the complexity, it could be three business days, or it could be a week. This will be discussed when working with your team member. For in stock item it will be 1-3 business days.
